Need to import data from the row 15 in a Excel file to Sql Table using SSIS.

  The source Excel file for me has some description in the leading 15 rows, I want to skip it and start the data load from the row 15. Please provide your thoughts on this.

  The column headers are actually row 13. I don't know how to specify that the information starts at row 13 and data from row 15.Please help me out in this.
