Need Job Description for SQL DBA

  • I have recently been given the title "Senior Database Administrator" by my employer - a bank.  The HR dept has asked for input from me to develop a job description.  Does anyone out there have a formal job description for a SQL Server DBA that I might modify? My job duties tend more toward Developer/DBA than just a "plain" DBA (if there is such a thing these days).  Thanks.
