need help with site

Not quite for sql server specialists but I need someone to set up an sql database that would allow me to update all the content portions of my upcoming page with ease. Work will not start for a while and well it will be for free, that is for the commonwealth of the great video gaming web community. Contribute your help to me. A person with a bit above amateur design should be able to help me. A jpg of the layout is in my sig, look below. Thanks anybody for the help. Email me if you want to help... I'm going to look other places. I'm predicting this site to get about 10k-15k members in the community forums after about 6 months because of the game it is going to cover is going to be a widely popular MMORPG, the korean official website can be accessed here. All I need is a script to update on news on the front page, then a more complex database of information about armor, weapons, accessories, monsters, maps, etc... about the game. This seemed like the place to go to. Remember this is volunteer work, you do this for the good of community, experience, and to get your name out there and more well known.
