Need help to logoff myself from a server.

    Hi i logged in to a server to check the logs in D drive.

    The window froze past 10 mins. and I can't even see the start menu so that I can't just logoff.

    How can I logoff myself remotely? using CMD.

    Its PROD server. immediate help will be appreciated.

    On Server 2008 R2:

    Log into a different server on the same network as your frozen server, open the Remote Desktop Services Manager (under Administrative Tools), connect to the frozen server within the Manager (Right click Manager name in tree-nav and select "Connect To Computer") and log your session off.

    There are no special teachers of virtue, because virtue is taught by the whole community.
