  I would like to know the certification process for Microsoft Exam 70-448 SQL Server 2008,Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance.

  Is there any prerequisites for attending this certification exam?

  can anybody please help me to give information regarding this.

  No prerequisites... you turn up, you take the exam, and if you know your stuff, you pass!

  And, if you work with BI, passing shouldn't be a problem.
