Hi Satish
Everyone who are replied to this thread have been in SQL for years now. Most are legends in SQL and the rest are getting there. The one thing they all have in common is they looked for the answers themselves. If they didn't understand they looked further (not post in a forum) and then wrote a book about it :D.
To get you started in a SQL Career I would suggest you get familiar with SQL thru msdn or a good book. Would you rather get hired based on our answers only to be embarrassed at work coz you don't know somethings that SQL folk take for granted?
To the others, I was wondering if we all would have been a bit more helpful if the questions were posted one at a time under a heading other than "Interview questions".
Cheers
J

for others i couldnt found answers.....
and
some are come with real time experience.. as i dont have much real time experience , i thought one of u guys might know the answers..
thanks
Uh, no... I'm just not buying it for questions like...
1) What is the purpose of Msdb database?
Sorry, but I'm not buying it either. Most of those questions can be answered with a little work in google, especially if limiting the search to msdn.microsoft.com (where you find the product documentation)

Maybe a little, but only a little. Even without the heading it's clear what they are and more than half of these would have probably got a reply 'tried google?'

Start a new thread and ask for good book references.
That's where you'll get the most helpful replies.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

satishm123,
We are happy to help, but your post doesn't indicate any research, nor does it ask pointed questions. If you don't understand something you researched, then post a specific question about what you don't understand.
Posting a complete list of questions implies either you are too lazy to research, or too lazy to ask specific questions about what you didn't understand from research. In either case, it's poor form for someone that wants to be a professional.
