Hi,
Have a look at this, it will give you all the links you need.
http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Administration/2960/
As far as I was aware SP3 will contain all the fixes upto it, then there are cumulative updates that can be put on to off that (if needed).
Hope this helps.

so you mean that there is no difference between Hotfixes and SP3 since SP3 will have all the hotfixes.

My understanding of it is, the yes, SP3 will contain all the hotfixes upto SP3.
Any hot fixes released after SP3 obviously wont be in it.
If you looking to see if a specific hot fixe is included then check out this link;
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=955706 - it details all the contents of SP3.
oh just found this on the above article;
"In addition to the fixes that are listed below, SQL Server 2005 SP3 contains the hotfixes that were included in cumulative update packages for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 from cumulative update package 1 to cumulative update package 9"

If it were me, I would patch up to SP3 (obviously testing before you run it on any production servers). You shouldnt need to apply any additional updates unless you are experiencing specific problems.
** Again, please ensure you test SP3 on development/ staging servers prior to putting it on a production server **
