Navigation links at the bottom and the top of a thread

  I don't know what they are actually called but I'm talking about the links located just above the forum table that show where you are in the forum.

  eg Forums Home >> SQLServerCentral.com >> Suggestions

   

  Can these be placed at the bottom of the page as well as the top?  It's kind of annoying to have to scroll back up to the top of the page after reading a thread.
