Hi,
Can someone tell me how an extra couple hundred Logins came to arrive in the Security section of my SQL Server (7.0)?
This is a small-time (basically dev) server, and should only contain a few Logins and now there are massive numbers of Logins there.
Is it somehow linked to another Server in my EM? They do seem to replicate those listed in one of my other Registrations...
Thanks,
Lost

Who has sysadmin access? Do the logins look like something reasonable? I know it is dev, but is this SQL Server exposed to the Internet or does it support a web site that is? What applications hit against this SQL Server and with what logins? What rights do those logins have?

Thank you for the response.
I think what happened was during DTS I must've inadvertantly checked 'Copy Logins'...
