I don't care anymore about 'My Favorite SSCer', the whole community is my favorite SSCer. Just reading through these 9 pages really struck me how very family-like this place is.

  • I go to check my mail this morning and there's like 30 notifications for this thread.

Sorry I missed out on all the fun, but I've been busy sitting in a corner and eating paste.

My hovercraft is full of eels.

  • Eating paste or pasta ??

  • Paste.  I was referring back to the post about eating crayons.  When I was in grade school (longer ago than I care to admit) that's what we ate instead of crayons.  You know, the white kind that came in a tub with a little brush on the lid?  I don't know why, but some kids found the aroma and taste irresistable.  Maybe that's what happened to me...

  • Same difference Remi!!!

GPF2^....(wish you had a shorter userID!!) - so my googling was a wild goose chase ?!?! crayons are crayons just as apples are apples...phew! that's a relief!

**ASCII stupid question, get a stupid ANSI !!!**

  • btw...paste and pasta mean the same thing....

amazing sswords...I wasn't kidding when I said I used to eat chalk...I used to LOVE that stuff (calcium deficiency ???) - so GPetc...did you really eat crayons ?!

**ASCII stupid question, get a stupid ANSI !!!**

  • Well I believe chalk is also a great antacid, so maybe you were destined to be a DBA from childhood.    I believe the main ingredient in chalk is calcium carbonate which is in a lot of products like Tums, Rolaids, etc.

    How's that for off-topic?
