its a great programming langauge for AI and has come into favour with game programmers...
very efficient but a memory hog... I've not programmed in it in a long time but there always seemed to be problems with stopping it from running out of memory (if ... thens and such came from that language...)

The "off at a tangent" bolt strikes yet again....the one common thread between almost every single post (that even smacks of controversy)....
It starts with "My favourite SSCer...." - talks about ways to improve site - unashamed bribing from siteowners for votes - touches upon the U.S Army and Air Force (with some life on a farm thrown in somewhere) - and is now at an introduction to LISP....
who knows how many more deviations are in store for this thread before it dwindles down...
