I m not sure,

Did u compare the two maintenance plan.

(Are u using file extension bak ,include subfolders & local server connection)

Nope. I would need to see the error message(s) that you should find in the log files. They may say more than to error messages you posted.

I didn't see any other information only thing is

Package "DBname Full Backup" failed.

and

SQL Server Scheduled Job database name Full Backup.database name full backup' (0xA2D351300128A447BD9AABBD56C22CD9) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 2009-12-04 01:49:28 - Message: The job failed. The Job was invoked by User svcSQLAdm. The last step to run was step 1 (database name full backup).
