My application was too slow!!!!

    Hello friends...

    I have problem with my application...sometimes that may happened I donot why...see when I opened my application that took some more time to open..when I check for CPU utilization it showed me 25% and also sql server mem Uilization was 2,809,524K and at same time my three jobs were running and they took some extra time to complete....as compare to previous job history i found that.....the jobs running somehow relation to each other...my point is wheather that cause my application too slow?????or any other possibility that affect my application???? or which factor should i check then to find what cause my application too slow?????

    Please help me out!!!!

    Hi,

    Put a trace on using Sql Profier and check but is going at the back.Check what are the longest runnig queries.

    If the job is using longer time then before then the possiblity is the tables are locked and the job is waiting till the tables are unlocked.

    How many CPU the server had?

    Hi!!! Raj..

    I checked sql profiler and got reason why that was taking too long time..my table was blocked by one of the job at that time....that was taking too long time to released....
