As an FYI, Frank's email was different than he remembered. It's not necessarily his fault as I've had the email guys change mine over the years a few times while with a company. I've gone from "steve" to "stevejones" to "sjones" all within a year or so.
It's hard to remember email formats when they change, but if you ping us, we'll help you look up the old account.
