Is there any Ctrl+A equivalent
for Multiple values parameter?
Let's say the list has accounts 1000,1001,1002,1003,1004,etc.
Can user select accounts from 1000 to 1004 in one action?

When a multi value parameter is set up it typically includes a check box for Select All. But if you just want to include a subset then you need to select the values individually.

When you create your parameters there is a check box in the 'General' section of the properties that says Allow Multiple Values. If you select this when you create the parameter SSRS will automatically add a 'Select All' option at the top of your parameter drop-down box.
I know the Allow Multiple Values check box is available in both 2008 R2 and 2012 versions of SSRS. I can't say for sure if it was there in 2005. What version are you using?

Thanks SSCrazy.
The other contributor didn't get my point, no problem.
Maybe I wasn't clear enough.
User wants to search account descriptions by keyword
but if the result range is still large (50-60 accounts)
he wants to further filter the selection quickly.
"quickly" is the key!
He doesn't want to manually click 60 times to select accounts from the listbox.
Looks like the only way I can do it is
adding "Account range start" and "Account range end" parameters.
Not a very neat solution... ;-(

You will have to use cascading parameters, thus, yes, more than one parameter. SSRS is not the best reporting tool for these types of things. It does have limitations.
