Hi Experts,
Production team have send a rebuild index script for 100 indexes ,i need to run this in staging and have to give result to them. All the 100 rebuild is online and my tempdb data drive free space is 1.3TB and log drive free space is 485Gb. Average size of each index is around 80GB
I have said NO to run the script as it may cause tempdb to fill up. Am I wrong here ,Please advise
Thanks in advance.

Can you have some patience? It's only been an hour, on a holiday weekend for the US.
If the largest index is 80 GB, then the peak usage of TempDB won't even hit 300GB, much less 1300GB (as long as you don't plan on running all 100 rebuilds in a single translation).
