multiple dataset in one tab

  • Is there a way, you can put multiple dataset in one table? I have two datasets and each of the have multiple rows. The columns are all the same. There is no problem for the first dataset since it is in the scope on the table. When I display the content in the second table, I can only show the first or sum of the data.. which is not what I want.. Also I don't want to use group by because I put to put some other data between these two datasets.

  • As far as I am aware a table can only reference a single dataset.

  • Thanks Phil! I got a workaround.. I merged all my datasets into one and created several tables to use the merged dataset but has filters on it.. and then wrap all the tables in one List..

  • Pleased to here you resolved.

    Phil.

  • Hi, shuang.xia.

In my opinion, you can have a try of RAQ Report. It provides an almost perfect data submission solution: Multiple Database/Dataset Input.

With the Multiple Datasource/Dataset Input solution, you can relate different tables from different databases, and submit data to multiple tables/databases, and keep the transactional consistency of database easily.

You can get this free reporting tool at http://www.raqsoft.com/[/url].

    Good luck.
