Hi there,
I have a Merge Replication between 2 SQL2K and I need to use MSMQ .What is MSMQ indeed?

MSMQ stands for Microsoft Message Queuing. You can install a MSMQ Server on a NT 4 using the Option Pack. MSMQ for Windows 2000 is set up on a domain controller running Active Directory. Here's a link to the MSMQ homepage. There's an FAQ there which goes into a bit more detail:

I dont think you have to use MSMQ - dont you have the option to use tables instead?
