HI Team ,
From the SQL server Error log i found the below ::
1.Error: 8509, Severity: 16, State: 1.
Import of Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) transaction failed: 0x8004d01c(error not found).
2.SQL Server has encountered 1 occurrence(s) of I/O requests
taking longer than 15 seconds to complete on file
[C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\databasename_1.ldf]
in database [databasename] (8).
The OS file handle is 0x000000000000094C. The offset of the latest long I/O is: 0x000002cabe1e00
at the same time i found below errors from event viewer .
1.module MSDTCTM.dll, version 2001.12.6932.18005, time stamp 0x49e0419f, exception code 0xc00000e5, fault offset 0x000000000006b1f4, process id 0xbac, application start time 0x01cca4e6408ca05c.
Any one help on this ??

Hi All,
Applciation team is unable to connect the DB server , immediately we checked the SQl server error log , we found the below errors.
Import of Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) transaction failed: 0x8004d01c(error not found).
Error: 8509, Severity: 16, State: 1.
Enlist operation failed: 0x8004d01c(error not found). SQL Server could not register with Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) as a resource manager for this transaction. The transaction may have been stopped by the client or the resource manager.
Error: 8510, Severity: 20, State: 3.
Expect this we are not finding any thing in the SQl server error log,why this MSDTC is unexpectedly terminated . We searched in google w are not finding any direct solution for this issue .
MSDTC is related to windows or SQL server ??
