MSDTC BizTalk and SQL Server Port

    Our new environment uses BizTalk MSDTC and SQL Server. We have assigned static port 11999,12000,12001 for the three instances. Now as per BizTalk expert need to open port from 1035 to 60000. My question is will it cause any issue to SQL Server? By any chance DTC will aquire SQL ports?

    Are BizTalk and SQL on the same box? If yes, then you could potentially run into an issue if MSDTC wants to use one of the SQL Ports

    Thanks Anthony.

    BizTalk Application and SQL Server are on different boxes. These SQL Servers are dedicated for BizTalk
