MSDE databases can most certainly have databases in 'full recovery' mode. I've 2 vendor applications using MSDE that were simple recovery with no maintenance plans whatsoever when originally installed. They now have Integrity Checks, Oprimizations, Full Backups and Tranasction Log backups all done via Scheduled Tasks generated by SQL Maintenance Plans. It just took a little digging in MSDN and the KB for a few things.

? Please direct me to where I can set-up a maintenance plan. Is my problem that I was trying to do via enterpirse manager and not osql?
Thanks,
Sam
