Reason in DBCC opentran is " WAITFOR (RECEIVE message_body FROM WMIEventProviderNotificationQueue), TIMEOUT 5000"
Please advice possible solutions why its happening, we have very less space..

Sounds like you've set up a WMI monitor within SQL Server, but you're not managing the data within it appropriately. Here's the documentation on this from Microsoft.
