    Did the script run successfully?

    Did you restart SQL afterwards?

    Is MSDB online?

    Can you query it?

If not exactly what errors does it return?

Exactly what messages are there relating to msdb in the error log? (all of them)

If you're not willing to answer all of that so that I can help you, then please go and call Microsoft's Customer Support people who will (for a fee) walk you through, step by step.
