  When I am in SQL 2012 WSFC, I can not find the SERVICES to failover to another node. Completely different.

  Does SQL 2012 database can be failover to another node with their disks and services?.

  Any good link that I can read to see the differences?....

  Failover cluster manager in Windows 2008 and 2012 is pretty much exactly the same bar a few small tweaks.

  Do you even have a clustered instance of SQL server running?

  Start by posting back the results of the following PowerShell query

  Get-ClusterResource | ?{$_.resourcetype -eq "SQL Server"}
