I am trying to create a dedicated account for SQL Server and SQL Server Agent service account. For some reason it's not working. What rights should this account have or what is the requirment for this type of account.
Any suggestion or help on this?

Can you post your error message?
Which version of SQL Server/OS are we talking about?
