Does anyone know a web site that I can go to and download the hotfix that Microsoft references in this knowledge base article?

Unless you have Premier support, no. You will need to contact Product Support Services.

Requesting hotfix is free of charge.

Allen
Thank you. The keyword was "free". I got the fix and I no longer have the problem.

I apologize, I should have stated that. Thanks, Allen for doing so. The KB article indicates that there usually isn't a charge.

No problem Brian. I was happy that someone had read the post and replied. I had read the article, I simply was looking for someone to confirm the "free" part of the document. Thanks again.
