Moving to new domain (Enterprise Manager Settings)

    Hello

    We are currently in the process of moving from one domain to another. Is there any way to save the registered servers on your Enterprise Manager console? I was part of the pilot program and realized that when I moved from one domain to another all my registered servers disappeared.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I don't think this is possible, has something to do w/ how EM stores the connections I believe. Sorry...

    I believe they (the network admins) would have to move your profile (roaming profile) to the new domain, then your entire desktop should be the same as it was before you moved.

    (I'm not a network admin, but I believe that is what they did at my last job when we changed which AD we were on)

    Anders,

    They did move my profile, however, my settings for EM did not move. The only that remained is the registered sql server installed on my laptop.
