The SSIS dtsx packages lose connection information if the package is move to the production environment to be scheduled from the development environment.
Opening and saving the package on the production box after specifying the password information for each of the connections in the package causes the package to run successfully. I have save password check box checked then why is the connection information lost when moving packages from the development environment to production / test environment?
Any inputs will be appreciated.
