Moving LDF or MDF file

  Can I move the location of LDF or MDF file of replicated (Transactional) database? Would it hurt replication?

  Yes yuo can. Look up ALTER DATABASE in books online, you can use that to change the phycial names that SQL knows, then take the DB offline, move the files and bring the DB back online
