Open the DTS Package, Save it as script file.
copy it to destination server.
Go to DTS open package and then save on the server.

Generate the scripts for replication and run them on the next server.

A quick search on SQLServerCentral.com yielded the following article on transferring DTS packages -
http://www.sqlservercentral.com/columnists/awarren/copyingdtspackagestoadifferentserver.asp
There were also numerous threads in the forums that showed up in that search.
My search was simply the words "copy" and "dts" in the search box. I figure ANYTHING would be better than manually copying 300 DTS packages between servers!!!!

The DTS Backup package works well,
There is a switch on one of the panels to retain formatting.
Don't forget to check it, even so a few will need to be laid out again. Although they work fine.
