Easiest way for me to do this is just detach the database, move the files, then re-attach the files. You can detach it in EM, but you will not be able to re-attach it if you have over a certain number of files (5 or 7 if memory serves me, but I don't have SQL 2000 anymore to check). If so, check on using the sp_attach_db procedure.
If this is for permanent configuration, and you want all new databases to also be on the D: drive, make sure you change default file location on the server properties window.

just to add ...
there are special procedures to move master, model, tempdb and msdb.
check out bol or msdn (I cannot recall the KB wright now)
