MongoDB Backups And Point In Time Restores

  • Hi,

    I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right section, also I know this is a SQL Server forum and as a SQL Server DBA I need some help in setting up backup strategy for MongoDB that we are planning to use for some minor cases.

    What I have at the moment is 3 node Replica Set with 1 arbiter. What I can't find a clear answer to is how and how ofted do I backup so that i have the ability to later restore to a point in time, do I use mongodupm or MongoDB Management Service?

    Please help 🙂
