Mirroring server being moving/down

  If your DR/mirroring server will be down for 24 hrs.....do you need to stop the mirroring? I was thinking if you don't stop, the log will grow on Principal server, is my assumption correct? Somone please advise.

  As long as you have enough space for the transaction log you should be fine.
