Mirroring on SQL Server 2005 SP3 SE

  Hi.

  I am trying to configure Mirroring with 2 SQL Server 2005 SE Instances. But it forces me to do Synchronous, and I want it to do Asynchronous, so it wont affect performance on the Principal database.

  Does Asynchronous mirroring available on SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition?, or only on the Enterprise Edition?.

  Please help.......

  Asyn.. database mirroring is supported only by SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition..

  Partner can be STD editions or ENT edition
