Can site A has cluster and on create a mirror in site B? If site A got wipe out by earth quake then Site B, the mirrored site can take over the task. If this set up is possible, I have question on which server will take over the task if active node is having problem and is failing over to the passive node. Would the mirrored server take over the task before the failover is completed? I think the mirror failover is faster than the cluster failover. Can someone help clear this for me. Thanks.

both cluster nodes connects to SAN as central storage....and SAN has to be on one place thus u cant have clustering....if u have SAN on site A and if site A is gone then whole SAN is gone....site B cant take control of it...
thus logshipping --- for site a >> B
clustering locally
