I’ve to setup mirroring , the server details as below
1.Server 1 – Principal – Standalone Server, SQL 2005 Enterprise
2.Server2 –Mirror –Microsoft Cluster , SQL 2005 Enterprise
3.Server 3- Wintness – Standalone Server, SQL 2005 Enterprise
Is it possible to create a Mirror database on Cluster when Principle is standalone?

Yes.
Cluster will only be mirrored in full transaction safety level because that's the only way mirroring is supported in standard editions.

Keep in mind your Witness server doesn't need to be EntEdtn. fwiw it can be an express edtn.
