No it doesn't give any error, and every thing is going OK , during updating ..

I am having the same issue. I used to have a working maintenance plan but it started failing ages ago. I have been a tad lax in looking at it so I thought I'd delete it and use the wizard to create it from scratch:

After reading this post I decided to drop it and recreate it from MS directly on the server rather than remotely.
