Migratinging SQL 2005 to new hardware

  I am trying to move a SQL 2005 server to new hardware. When I did this with SQL2K it was as easy as turning of all sql services, copying the user dbs over and copying the master db and folders over. Is there a difference in SQL 2005 that would prevent me from using this method?

  That will work just as it did in 2000.
