Hello,
We have 3 SQL Servers at our location in Toronto, we are planning to move our data center to another city,
The IP addresses will be changed,
I will highly appreciate, if I can assissted with the steps I shouls be taking care off,
What impact will changes bring,
What procedure I should follow,

May or may not have any impact. Are you using the IPs to connect?
Network changes do not necessarily change anything for SQL Server.

As Steve indicates, the move itself doesn't usually impact SQL Server. The biggest issue is getting the servers to talk again on the network. Is anything else changing other than the location and potentially the IP addresses (which I'm assuming is being handled by someone else)?
