Hello,
I need help or good site to get the steps to migrate the data, shcema, logins, dependencies, agent jobs from sql 2000 to Sql 2008. The shcema has been changed in sql 2008 so I have no idea how to move the data to new Server with old schema. Please HELP-

It might be better to ask in the 2008 Administration forum, where you're sure to find people with 2008 experience, then update this thread with a link to the new thread to avoid fragmented answers.

As far as schema I'm not sure if you mean your schema for MS'..
Either way the first thing you want to do is run the SQL Server Upgrade Advisor from:

It will give you a wealth of information. Once you mitigate the required issues there you can consider using the SQL Upgrade engine that is included with SQL.
