Migrating Reporting Services from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 side-by-side

  I'm doing a side-by-side upgrade of our report server from a SQL 2005 to a new SQL 2008 instance.

  Is there anything I need to watch out for?

  I'm thinking of backing up the existing ReportServer databases on the sql-2005 instance and restoring them on the new SQL 2008 instance; run sp_updatestats on the dbs; and, finally point the sql 2008 SSRS config tool to the new databases in the sql-2008 instance.

  Would this work?

  If anyone had already done this sort of thing and has any comments, pls share.

  I'm interested to do that too? But Reporting service is really picky, so a lot of conerns
