Hi,
I am doing migration from SQL Server 2000 to 2005.
Could anyone please tell me whether I should migrate the MSDB stored procedures that are outside the folder “System Stored Procedures “like r_iRTblClassDefs, r_iRTblClassExtension, r_iRTblDBMProps etc..,
Actually, these stored procedures are present in every SQL Server 2000 instance we have. I am not sure whether these are user created or system created.
Thank You,

Should or should not... that is not a question for others to answer.
The real question is do you need the SPs now or they are no longer needed... if so just script them out and save/archive them someplace. In case if you'll need them again.
Also... I would find a copy of "bare bone" sql 2000 msdb and run RedGate SQL Compare between two. This way you may find some other stored procedures that somebody before you modified or added to msdb.
cheers
