  Hi, Guys.

  we have 185 sql server databases, maximum size of each database is 20 GB. I want to migrate all database to SQL Server Virtualization.

  what is the recommendation for these databases using SQL Server Virtualization.

  Depends on more than just the size. Was the size given in GB ram, GB diskspace. What is the cpu usage and I/O consumption of each?

  Which version of Hyper-V 2008 (max 8 cores) or Hyper-V 2012.

  Include some extra overhead (ram, cpu) for the virtualisation itself.
