migrate from sql server 2005 to 2008R2

  I would like to migrate our SQl server 2005 server to 2008 R2, it includes database engine and ssis serivce.

  This is a migrate to a new server, but not a in-place upgrade, anyone can point me to a microsoft documentation of doing that?

  I searched but I cannot find one.

  Thanks, I am going to migrate to a new server that installs a new instance of SQL server 2008 R2

  Is this document also applies to 2008 R2?
