    Hi,

    I am getting the above messages when trying to copy the DTS package for offsite storage :

    Microsoft SQL_DMO (ODBC SQLState: 08004)

    [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Server user 'Helpdesk_ABC'is not a valid user in database 'tech'.

    Any guides?Thanks

    Confirm that your ODBC connection is valid, also, confirm that the user 'Helpdesk_ABC' is a user in the 'tech' database and has proper permission to complete that persons needed tasks.
