  scptxfr.exe isn't supplied or supported for SQL Server 2005. I'm going to try using Microsoft SQL Server Database Publishing Wizard 1.0 in it's place in order to generate database creating scripts as part of our backup strategy.

  Does anyone have any comments about the product and it's use ?

  I've used it and it's pretty much like what your use to in 2k.
