Hi:
Your requirements as a whole are too restrictive. I have been using Microsoft products for over 9 years and yet I donot have experience of everything that you have listed as a "MUST".
I am wondering if you would be flexible to consider candidates who are MCDBAs but do not have all the requirements.
Please let us know what an MCDBA with 7 years of experience in Microsoft products needs to have to fill this position. If you can, try to limit the requirements.
Thanks.

SQLearner2, it can't hurt to submit your resume anyhow. Don't know if Microsoft is checking back on this forum. Worst they can do is not give you a call and then you've lost nothing except the time it took to send the email. Just a thought.

Not only that, there is always the chance that they'll have something else that fits even if this one doesnt.

To piggy-back on Andy, here in Germany you are expected to contact the company first to show engagement, motivation, interest in the company, and not wait till you see an ad in the newspaper. I'll bet it's very similar over there, or?
Cheers,
Frank

Hi all - I apologize for not posting back here sooner. I didn't expect anyone to post. We do have several openings on the team besides the one I mentioned below. They can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/careers under the Product "Business Intelligence Applications."
You may have already submitted your resume to me, in which case it is under review by our team. If any e-mails me their resume and is not a match for our current openings, I do make sure I enter their information in our database for future positions. Recruiters query that database as new positions open. Please feel free to e-mail me directly with additional questions!
