Microsoft Has Sabotaged Sql Server "Full-Text Search" in Spanish & Catalan Committing a Fraud

  • I do agree that FTS is very flawed in may ways and as a person who tries to find solutions rather fast instead of spending ages trying to fix something that seems obviously broken: Have you considered using something like ElasticSearch for the Full Text operations?

I have spent days waiting for a FT rebuild to happen while microblockings constantly occured thus I feel rather happy not having to maintain FT Crap anymore, the larger your FT Index gets the more it'll hurt during maintenance until the point where you discover that a FT Rebuild resume will not be able to make any progress during that 4 hours of time you gave it for rebuilding.

  • But I talk about intentional sabotage and I show it in videos.

I have been working on this since mid-2017 and I need to eliminate sabotage for my program to work. But, nobody answers. And it is a fraud.

  • please enlighten me where bad programming equals sabotage? I do understand you're pissed off and I'm not from Microsoft so being bad at languages is sabotage?

So the linux kernel generally is sabotaged otherwise there wouldn't be a need to fix bugs?

Let me get my popcorn out here, I agree that stating a feature works which actually doesn't is wrong and if things don't get fixed it should be removed from the supported features.

Asides that I would be rather cautious about calling out intent against everyone speaking spanish, that is as much racism as it is plain bullshit. There, I said it and I don't feel sorry.

  • What I want is to be solved, but they do not respond and so they have been 2 years. The problems are similar for Spanish and Catalan. It's called Fraud or "Bad programming" they have to fix it because if they don't, it's a fraud. Your fellow sjones is constantly erasing my post.
