I setup merge replication between my PC and my Web server (I connect via DSL.) I setup the home PC as Publisher and distributor. When I add new data at the subscribing web server it is being overwritten by the home PC. Merge replication on a single Server works fine. I'm also not able to use automatically managed Identity Range when using two servers. What am I missing? Is there any documentation when involving two servers? I only found replication on a single server.

Have not tried it - will try to look tonight if no one has figured out before then!

do you have a key that includes data about where the data was entered? If you have the same key for both sources, you will have problems. You should have some part of the key that identifies the source.
