Hi,
We have established Replication on a live scenario with SQL SErver 2000 and Merge Replication, we have 4 subscribers and one publisher. In this, for 2 subscribers the replication happens very late, it might take 2 to 3 days to replicate few records. Some time the subscriber agents will become idle and will say that it was idle for 500 minutes.
The Synchronization or replication schedule agent has been scheduled for every 10 mins, even then the replication is happening late.
Can you please let me know why the Replication happens very late and what to be done to solve this.

Hi,
How big are your replicated databases ?
Do have all the indexes in place, particularly on the rowGuid column?

Hi,
If you wan't to view the indexes on a table then one way is to goto EM right click on the table and Manage Indexes
